Does it fit any other hardware wallet?
The Vault Air is designed specifically for the Ledger Nano S Plus. We don't recommend forcing other devices in. Vault sizes for additional wallets are on the roadmap.
Is the AirTag included?
No. The Vault Air is the capsule only. AirTag and Ledger Nano S Plus sold separately.
Can it actually take a hit?
It's a protective capsule, not a Pelican case. It absorbs everyday-carry abuse: pocket scuffs, drops from waist height, and the inside of a backpack. It is not rated for industrial impact or full submersion.
What's the return policy?
We're pre-launch — Vault Air is collecting waitlist signups right now, not orders. Once shipping begins, returns will follow each sales channel's standard policy.
